    A4 3.0 TDI S-tronic ongelmat

    Potilaana allroad 3.0tdi (-09) stronic. Stronicciin vaihdettu mekatroniikka ja öljyt noin kuukausi sitten. Vika ilmestyy kun vaihtaa P:ltä D:lle tai D:ltä pakille. Vika saattaa tulla myös liikennevaloissa jos odottaessa vaihtaa vapaalle. Laatikko alkaa arpomaan ja menee vikatilaan (gearbox mailfunction). Myös kolmoselta kakkoselle alasvaihdossa kuuluu kevyt kolaus.

    Mikähän mahtaa olla nyt vikana ?

    Seuraava vikakoodi löytyi muistista:

    18011 - Gear Selector 2 P187B 00 [096] - Engagement not successful Intermittent -
    Viimeksi muokannut pulla; 1.10.2017, 20:46. Perustelu: Hieman siistitty

    Mekatroniikan sopeutuksen onnistumista voisi hieman epäillä, tai sitten laatikossa on mekaanista vikaa siirtäjissä.

      Ok. Eli tuon sopeutumisen vois kokeilla ajaa uudelleen. Jos mekaaninen vika niin korjaako näitä kukaan suomessa ? Vai onko ainoa vaihtoehto käytetyn laatikon metsästys jostain ?

        Recro Latviassa korjaa ja myy korjattuja.
        Jos auto on ajettavissa, parissa päivässä saavat korjattua.
        Kannattaa kysyä ja kertoa oireet.
        Suomessa ei tietääkseni korjata mutta en ole tuosta varma.

          I am not from Finland but your post is the only one I found on internet with this error code. I have the same issue and service recommendation is to change mechatronic and clutch. Could you please share what you did to fix this issue and did it help.

          En ole Suomesta, mutta viesti on ainoa, jonka löysin internetissä tämän virhekoodin avulla. Minulla on sama ongelma ja palvelun suositus on vaihtaa mehatroniikkaa ja kytkintä. Voisitteko jakaa, mitä teit korjaamaan tämän ongelman ja auttanut sitä.

            Gearbox had mechatronic changed one mont before that post. Now suggestion is to do basic setting again. No info after that has provided.
            I would gues that the problem is in the gearbox it self if basic setting does not help.
            There has also been clutch problems so all in all its anybodys guess what causes the problem. Audi's own instruction is first put in mechatronic repair set, if that doesnt help, change mechatronic. If that doesnt help, change clutch. If that doesnt help, change the whole gearbox. Easy and cheap...

              My dealers understanding is that the error itself is a faulty (weared out) clutch. There maybe two reasons for clutch wear out: natural causes which I believe is too early for my 87000 km, or mechatronic fault which subsequently killed the clutch. Therefore they are changing mechatronic and clutch together.

              I am still waiting for the parts to arrive from Germany and the repair is scheduled for the late February. I will follow up after the repairs whether it helped or nor.

                Got mechatronic and clutch replaced about a week ago. Everything seems fine so far (no error).
